Cooking

In a pan, heat the oil and pass the finely chopped onions until the color changes. Add carrots, finely chopped with a knife. We pass 3-4 minutes and add the meat, cut into very small pieces (almost minced). We simmer everything under the lid, stirring for 30 minutes - if the meat is sliced \u200b\u200bfinely enough - this is enough. Stew beef for longer - until soft. At the end of the process, add tomato juice (it can be made from tomato paste without preservatives - 2 tbsp.spoons per 200 ml of water). Season with dry spices and cook for another 10 minutes. It is tasty and very healthy, but few people eat it only with butter. not only emphasizes the taste of this product, but also allows you to significantly diversify the menu. Skillful housewives make this peculiar and thick sauce  from different ingredients. Buckwheat gravy can be prepared with or without meat. Sauce without meat products is great for those who follow a diet and limit the daily amount of fat consumed.

Buckwheat Gravy Recipe

To prepare such a supplement to this porridge, the following products are needed: 1 carrot; 2 tomatoes; 1 large onion; 0.5 kg lean beef; 1 cup beef broth; 3 tbsp. l sunflower oil; ground pepper; 1 tbsp. l flour; salt; dry spicy herbs. Boiled beef is cut into small cubes. Cut onions and carrots in the same way. The peeled tomato is rubbed on a grater (the peel is removed from it after scalding it with boiling water). Onions with carrots are fried for a couple of minutes. Then they add the tomato mass and fry for 1-2 minutes. To the resulting gravy add chopped meat and stew the ingredients for 3 minutes. Add meat broth to vegetables and meat, and then simmer the gravy for about 15 minutes on a minimum fire (with the lid closed). When the carrots become soft, add the flour diluted with a small amount of beef broth (50 ml) to the gravy. The resulting sauce is salted, pepper, then spiced with herbs and, bringing it to a boil, removed from heat.


Buckwheat gravy with chicken

This sauce is very tasty and tender. To prepare it, you need to take 400 g of chicken (it is better to take fillets), 100 g chopped onions, 200 ml tomato juice, 1 grated carrots, ground pepper, vegetable oil (for frying products), salt. Onions and carrots are fried in a pan with oil, stirring them constantly. Chicken meat is cut into small pieces, add it to the fried vegetables. All ingredients are slightly fried, after which tomato juice and 100 ml of water are added to them. Sauté the sauce on low heat for about 10 minutes. Some housewives add flour diluted with water in order to make the gravy denser, although liquid sauce better infiltrates buckwheat. Salt and pepper to taste.



This low-calorie vegetable gravy is ideal for people who monitor the calorie content of their diet. For its preparation, you should take the following ingredients: two carrots and onions; one large tomato, zucchini, bell pepper; 100 g frozen spinach; 3 tbsp. l sour cream; chopped greens; pepper; vegetable oil (for frying); salt. Chopped onions are fried until golden. Grated carrots are added to it. Finely chopped zucchini is added to the fried vegetables. After it becomes soft, chopped tomato and spinach are added to the pan. All ingredients stew for about 10 minutes, salt and pepper. Chopped greens are added to the finished sauce.
