  • pork - 200 gr.;
  • beef - 200 gr.;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • milk - 150 ml;
  • greens.

Cooking process:

Soak drying in milk for 10-15 minutes. At this time, peel the onion and chop it finely. Sauté the onion until transparent in vegetable oil.

Pass the meat through a meat grinder or grind in a blender. Sauté the minced meat in a pan separate from the onion. Mix the minced meat and onions and grind them again with a blender.
