    Peel onions, carrots and potatoes. Put the potatoes in a pot and fill with cold water so that it only covers clean tubers.

    Cut the onion into a small cube. Cut one carrot into small strips, and the other into a very small cube.

    Treat the hearts by cleansing them of excess veins and fat. Rinse the hearts well in a colander.

    Preheat the first pan over medium heat, pour in half the vegetable oil and fry the hearts for 15 minutes.

    Add half the onion and carrot strips to the hearts. Continue frying for 30 minutes. Do not forget to stir. If necessary, you can add a little water.

    Preheat the second pan over a slightly less than medium heat. Pour in the rest of the vegetable oil, add the butter, put the second part of the onion and carrot cubes. Fry the onion-carrot mixture, stirring constantly, until golden brown. It takes me 20-25 minutes.

    Put a pot of potatoes on the fire, salt and cook until cooked.

    Add a couple of bay leaves, sour cream, salt and pepper to the hearts. Mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes.

    Cut dill, parsley and a couple of cloves of garlic.

    5 minutes before cooking, greens and garlic, send in a pan with hearts. Shuffle.

    Drain the pot from the potato pan. Heat the milk a little in a saucepan. Make mashed potatoes. Mix mashed fried onions with carrots. Try on the salt.

4. Cutlets "FiFi-FiFi" with grilled vegetables
